vera_jNot every day but as often as possible, I do my archery. Not more than 30 minutes, I return home from work after 6p.m. and had to do things about the house and feed the boys first.
But I love shooting more and more - and some progress is showing. It also helps a lot with relaxation. You can´t shoot without a great deal of concentration which is good, you can - or better must - switch off for those 30 minutes.
This is an old sand "quarry" I go to do my training. A blue plastic bag is my target, the distance is real ( about 22m)

I also understand fully to "archer´s fingers" ...*Grins*
