Enough is enough...

Yes, really. You will not believe me - here I am, moaning. After all the rehabilitation and execises and all, yesterday in the morning i woke up with my shoulder swollen and painful. After two hours in the library I really was not able to lift my arm at all, it hurt like hell and no relief. I was not able to leave either, we have busiest days, and there is no substitution for me ( we are three women here). Mind you, i have not been really ill so far (6 years!). So I suffered, people expreśsed their concern seeing me - I had to put my arm in a sling made of my scarf. I bought a special gel and received some advice how to get rid of the worst. I arrived at home totally down. My husband was so surprised, he just was not able to understand I was so bad. I wanted to have a rest but there was some work in the kitchen, George (my husband) had a meeting and I had to take care of all one-handed. So good am I!:-)
Well, I took some pills I received from my GP one month ago - it is a solution and it seems to work. Today I am much better, the swelling is still there and it still hurts but I hope it will be even better. Yesterday I was not able to type here at all!
Oh, I just can´t imagine Christmas with me crippled, still so much work to do! I know, I know - there would be a way but I do love some special activities and I HATE being inactive!!!!
Now I look like a wounded hero...unfortunately my appetite is still all right ...having breakfast here at work, coffee, rolls and butter (these i took with me from home, I get up at 5!!!).
Horrible weather, cold, wet, grey, windy - what a Christmas collection!

Today I am much better, still can´t raise my arm properly but I can use it . I can eat, clean my teeth, combing still painful but managable. Thank you for your support, you helped a lot!!!!!!
