See? Times like that and I go here. No chance to get to LJ at all now. .. I wonder if anyone has the same problem?

I can get to my fl by going to http://quarryquest.livejournal.com/ and then using the link there. If I do it via the other way I use it doesn't. Bit confused! Yahoo mail is behaving oddly today as well.

I've been getting failure to load errors on LJ all day- so far they have always loaded on a second try for me.

So long as it works AT ALL for ANYONE, the status page will say that LJ is working normally, but it's not.

There's nothing you can do but wait. My guess is that the servers are overloaded- whether due to normal traffic or a hacker attack.

Odd. I haven't had a problem with LJ apart from being told all day yesterday that it had timed out by the time Firefox had loaded; 'retry' brought it straight up, so I thought the problem was with Firefox.

I'm still having the instant 'timing out', and having a wee bit of a problem replying to things - If I can reply and hit 'post' inside a few seconds, it's okay otherwise it seems to be freezing, not connecting, and all I can do is close it down.

According to status and Down Right Now, LJ is FINE.

You CAN go to this site and report that it's not right- this is one of the few that takes into account users complaints & doesn't just go by if they can connect with the site at all.

Yay! Yeah, this happens. I think a lot of the time, they're being hacked by people paid to disrupt the service, because some bloggers are political activists who their governments try to silence.
