It is over, the exams are over, no disaster, even no inspection. Small incidents only: one lady read the timetable wrong and was late but fortunately not too late and so she finished with the others; then the sound technology was naughty a little but our team put heads together and all was all right. I am lucky to have such colleagues. Even during the biggest crisis we have always fun.
And now I am tired, hungry and the lawn is waiting. Well, it will have to wait for tomorrow, I am going to EAT! Fried cheese, lettuce salad, hmmmmmmmmm....

It's a good thing I've just sat down to a fish and chip take away or I would be so jealous, fried cheese mmmm. See I told you all you had to fear was boredom and it sounds as if you had just enough excitement to ward that off.

I'm glad it went so well.

Fried cheese? I like mine grilled on things, but whst sort can you fry without getting a huge mess? Camembert?

I did try camembert but as you say, is was messy. I use common eidam 30% and usually is is all right. BUT it depends on the producer! I use our local Madeta cheese however once I had something from EU (country unknown) and this was MESSY!
So I really stick with Czechmade things!
Do you also make lettuce sweet and sour salad with cream? Yuuuuuummmy!

[is afraid] I only like oil and vinegar-based dressing on my salad. Cream is too rich for me. I do like vinaigrette with say chilli and chopped boiled egg added; that's lovely over lettuce salad. :-)
