Yes, windows. No, not those(PC) but real ones. Unbelievable but after 24 years in this house, we have new windows!!!
Lots of strategic talks and tests from my husband caused this bad timing: he wanted to save money but saved nothing and only managed to delay all. Horribly expensive, we had to take a loan. Old windows were rotten, TOTALLY rotten, our curtains were flowing all the time, they were leaking too and I even was not able to clean them this year for the fear the pane could leave the frame - no kidding!
In the morning two men arrived. It was hectic! They were good, did all - finished at seven pm. I am happy but very tired, I have just finished tidying. It is not all, on Friday we will have two layers to clean it - more tidying for me. Really, I have enough today... but the windows are wonderful - plastic, white inside, golden oak outside. I will clean them with love! *Grins*
Now sorry, will go to the bath and will probably fall asleep there as usual :) *Yawns* Sorry...
