After 10 years...
Nov. 6th, 2008 08:14 pmWell, today I tasted a warped reward for being "healthy"!
Recently, I have experienced more painful problems with my back and knee and shoulder. Finally I decided to visit our GP. To my astonishment, he annoünced that I had not been there for 10 years! Bloody healthy...and I am under a surveillance at the transfusion station. However GP insisted on doing some tests for infection, boreliosis, bowls check, blood, urine AND my tetanus vaccination expired! Aw, aw, I received the first vaccination out of three ( good, I needed it), they drew blood to make lots of test. I was sent to a specialisr who examined me thoroughly and expertly and found some consequences of my long-year work in the farm ( mostly carrying heavy buckets with water). There some changes on my spine, and my left arm tendon is sore and all neds some rehabilitaion excercise. Before that also x-ray check because of some fault discs.
Nothing tragical, of course, it is also a matter of being worn out - hahahaha, I LOVE this ecpression - but I am just not used to be in this condition! I need my mobility, I am a very active person, no, nothing like fitness or so, just ACTIVE.
I will do all to improve my condition, this I promise to you all!
After all, nothing tragical, I just have never experienced anything like that - again, what can I expect at my 54? Silly, silly!
I feel all right. Tomorrow the workers will finish the windows, repairing the plaster around the frames. I managed to get another day off.
Now i will go and prepare those plastic sheets on the floor!
