Hahaha,  a nice day, really! One of those, you know, whatever you do, it fires back at you?
I met a very STRONG ladÿ at a rehab centre today. She announced that my muscles were misused and stiff and that she would make it right. Um. I DIDN´T yell. She was thorough. She is right, I need some exercises, but NOT TODAY!!! I hurt and at the same time I laugh like an idiot because it is funny, i return from a rehab centre like an invalid! Yes, it is always like that and it will improve soon. Just...hahaha again,it is not only the muscles...my IQ is there too!!!! :.-) :-):-)

Haha, those damned things need some exercise - not bucket with water, but I am so lazy...will have to make myself, shame.
