I am here to tell you that I have been gifted a LJ paid extra extension account which includes extra usepics - anonymously  ! Now what shall I say...well, it is definitely the biggest surprise of the last years, and whoever is a donor, I want to thank you. I am very grateful but in the same time I want to remind you that I am very clumsy with all the things. It will probably take some time before I manage to do something properly, so please, do not be offended!

We finished the exams yesterday in the evening. The logistics was flawless from our side, the candidates were good and hopefully well-prepared. We tried to support them morally and create a friendly atmosphere. Well, I must say that young people, especially the students, had no problems with strict ruled we have to impose on äll the candidates. However some adults were difficult, didn´t want to follow the rules and regulaions - and this might mean a disqualification for them. It was very embarrasing for me to chide a 40-year old man for breaking the rules! But finally it was all right and he realised aseriousness of  the situation. Other candidates were very surprised  to see him like that.
Three - day marathon was very exhausting for me, now I am so sleepy but some work  must be done.  Um...and I opened a fridge and found some slices of cheese, yum, yum...

Some one did that for me for last year, or maybe the year before that I can't remember and I am hopeless at doing any but the simplest so I kept an I on our friends who do icons briliantly( I'm talking about you sallymn and youvilakins and yousnowgrouse and several others that aren't mutual) They put up icons they've done for competitions and if you fancy any of they they have always been perfectly happy for them to be taken. They have also been kind enough to do special requests for me, Silver Queen and Vroom Vroom are the latest

And you don't have to fill all of your spaces, just as many as you feel comfortable with. I find the 15 I have now to be enough, I just keep a few, seasonal ones and a couple of others saved on my hard drive can swap them from time to time.

Ah, some paperwork to finish and yes, I will rest. I have about two days off over Christmas but my lady boss will probably arrange more for us - she is brilliant! :-)

Hurrah for account time! I don't think you have to worry about doing things, though. It just means that someone likes reading your journal. And quite right, too.

It sounds like you did a good job with the exams - but I'm not surprised that you're tired. Cheese sounds like a well deserved reward! How long will it take for the results of the exams to come through?

Well, this is a good question: CEX (Cambridge Exams) are worldwide, about 2 million candidates take them every December and July - and only one Cambridge. You can have the results online now though but still after more than one month. Successful candidates have to wait for their certificates two months!

*Grins* After finishing all the paperwork, YES! Um...I was through these exams myself many years ago, I know the feeling.
