OOOh, the crocus! I counted 11 happy bees in that photo.
Your tree trimming looks good. I use a variety of tools in my tree trimming, including an expanding pole saw and a ladder, and I still don't think I'll reach the top of the orchid tree.
I'm going to keep working on it a bit at a time. It's slow because not only do I get tired, but I stop to trim up the cuttings to bag the smaller pieces for the trash, and try to salvage some to use as supports for tomato plants (If I ever get around to planting the seeds).
The bees - I frightened some off, there were crowds of them!
Yes, pruning is physically demanding, I can´t do all during one weekend and even now when there are only two old trees left. I also use straight strong cutting as supports!
The earliest ones in April but really it depends on weather. This spring is still somewhere else but I remember green leaves in March. So far only crocusses, snowdrops or snowflakes are blooming bur I have noticed my Forsythia is about to burst is thousands of yellow blossoms. I hope I will be able to post the yellow beauty:-)
Yes, I know. However there are almost gone here due to diseases and chemicals, so this picture is quite rare... Damn allergy - I know something about it. *Hugs*

I knew this.... but completely missed the connection. *hangs head* Stupid head cold is seeping into my brain. Definitely makes the picture that much more precious.
