Spring has sprung out of nowhere!

vera_jIt is here! Spring is here - or so I hope. Typically it arrived extremely fast and very warm. In the morning, we were wrapped in our winter coats and jackets. Lunch break - and there were short sleeves, all benches full of people, the outside cafeterias as well, and here the grass looks like grass again (= green).
We had a busy day in our library - a new copy machine arrived, and outcry of science, expensive and SOPHISTICATED. *Sigh* You know me - my style is "trial and error" - but I did the required copies for a customer!
We also had a talk about English Easter with hot cross buns and flower bonnets...I couldn´t attend, I never do because I am always on duty in the library and can only watch here and there thanks to our camera system (no sound). There were our two "star" native speakers, they were very good and people could sample the buns.
I was slightly annoyed, no, not because of the buns but I really miss spoken Englïsh and I am ALWAYS on duty. However both the lecturers came to say good-bye to me, so lovely, and I received one small bun too.
I made a new icon in the garden, lovely daisies, and I hope there will be more flowers soon because it will be warm!!!
